Whether it’s a wedding, birthday party or work function, John Muir Tipis is a very special, unique venue. Nestled by the woods on a coastal farm in East Lothian, fringed by John Muir Country Park. We offer a relaxed and tranquil space close to Edinburgh with amazing potential for photography.

The tipis will really wow you and are made up of 4 parts – 3 giant hats and 1 medium hat, and can work well for weddings or events of up to 150 people seated. They come complete with rustic tables and benches, toilet facilities, power and running water, indoor and outdoor fire-pits, and we work with a number of brilliant local suppliers who can add things such as your catering and bar.

The alpacas are even willing to come along to your event and entertain your guests as VIP’s of course! But, if alpacas aren’t your scene and you’d just like to hire this one of a kind location that will get all your friends talking, not to worry, alpaca-their-bags and move them on to another field 🙂
